How to mold for a perfect fit
- Heat water to 75-80°C.
- Submerge the mouthguard in the hot water for 30-45 seconds.
- Remove and allow to cool for about 5 seconds.
- Place the mouthguard in your mouth and bite down until comfortable.
- Press the center and edges to conform to the contours of your teeth.
- Submerge in cold water for 30 seconds to set the shape.
- If it feels uncomfortable, repeat the molding steps until you’re satisfied.
